1. Preparation before operation
Equipment inspection
Structural components: Check whether there are cracks or deformations in key parts such as the boom, dipper, and bucket to ensure structural integrity.
Hydraulic system: Check the hydraulic oil level, oil pipe connection and leakage to avoid abnormal operation due to hydraulic failure.
Electrical system: Confirm that the dashboard indicators, lighting and alarm devices are working properly to ensure operational safety.
Safety devices: Check whether the rollover protection structure (ROPS), falling object protection structure (FOPS) and seat belts are intact.
Environmental assessment
Terrain survey: Confirm whether there are risks such as landslides and landslides in the operating area to avoid operating in unstable terrain.
Obstacle clearance: Remove obstacles such as stones and trees in the operating area to ensure sufficient space for mechanical activities.
Evacuate personnel: Ensure that there are no irrelevant personnel within the operating radius to avoid casualties caused by mechanical movement.
2. Core operation process
Start and preheating
Starting steps: Insert the key and start the engine, and observe whether the parameters of the dashboard are normal.
Hydraulic preheating: In low temperature environment, it is necessary to run at idle speed for 5-10 minutes, and wait until the hydraulic oil temperature rises to above 40ºC before operating.
Basic operation
Travel control: Control the forward, backward and steering of the crawler track through the left and right travel joysticks, and pay attention to maintaining the stability of straight-line driving.
Excavation action:
Boom lifting: Pull the boom joystick backward to raise the bucket to the target height.
Bucket extension: Push the bucket joystick forward/backward to control the distance between the bucket and the machine body.
Bucket opening and closing: Control the opening and closing of the bucket through the bucket joystick to achieve loading or unloading actions.
