1.Hydraulic pipe: Factory Brand Hydraulic Oil Pipe is a high-tech industrialization enterprise that specializes in the production and processing of various types of hydraulic oil pipes. The oil pressure of the oil pipe can reach 25 Mpa and is extremely durable.
2.Wiring harness: High-strength aviation-specific material wiring harness, neat and beautiful, with excellent waterproof performance, capable of being folded and used for over 300,000 times, with an extremely long service life. Can be folded and reused over 300,000 times.
3.Axis pin: The connecting pin shaft adopts a through shaft, and the material is 40cr. After QPQ (salt bath nitriding) treatment, the surface hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance are greatly improved. The processing of the pin shaft is complex: it goes through cutting, rough turning, quenching and tempering, fine turning, grinding machine, and then undergoes surface treatment: QPQ. The surface hardness is (500~550) HV, the depth of the compound layer: 12μm~20μm, the effective hardness layer depth is greater than 0.25μm, and the porosity level is 1~2. 4.Mn steel: Shaft arm frame made of Q355B high-strength manganese steel: 125*75*5mm. The national standard thickness is 5 layers thick.
