1. Typical models
Power system: Equipped with a turbocharged Kubota engine, it has full combustion, strong power and low fuel consumption; the load-sensitive hydraulic system is combined with a plunger variable pump, which has fast response speed, low internal friction, precise control, high operating efficiency, and smooth and coordinated compound movements on flat ground.
Travel ability: Equipped with a well-known imported brand large-drive dual-speed travel motor, it can travel on rugged roads like walking on flat ground, and climb slopes quickly and freely.
Structural design: The upper frame adopts an integrally welded high-strength double T-shaped structure with uniform load distribution; the boom and other working devices are made of high-tensile strength steel, and the key stress-bearing parts are thickened and strengthened for longer durability; the large load-bearing chassis is equipped with wear-resistant crawlers and enlarged guide wheel guards, which have significant protection effects.
Safety performance: The working device is equipped with a boom holding valve to effectively prevent the working device from sinking, making the hoisting operation safer.
Driving experience: The cab uses silicone oil shock absorption and seat damping shock absorption, which is comfortable to operate; it is equipped with a 90-degree sliding fully tempered front windshield and a top skylight, with a wide and bright field of vision; the humanized handle design and the electronic fan independent air-conditioning system provide a comfortable driving environment.
Environmental protection and energy saving: It adopts the National III emission engine, external EGR (exhaust gas recirculation), and has lower emissions; the whole machine automatically idles after 5 seconds of non-operation, and the energy-saving effect is significant.
Convenient maintenance: The hood opens in three directions: left, right, and rear, the filters are arranged in a centralized manner, and the main pump pressure measuring port is set in the engine hood to facilitate system pressure detection and fault diagnosis.
Operation performance: It focuses on light working conditions, earthwork and loose material operations, equipped with a large bucket, earthwork fuel consumption is reduced by 14%, single cycle time is 5% faster, and compound actions such as leveling and excavation are more coordinated.
Cab design: The space is increased by 27%, comparable to that of a medium-sized machine; the large skylight increases the height of vision by 15%, and the right glass area is increased by 10%, making the operation safer; the interior is equipped with humanized spaces such as bookshelves, cup holders, hot and cold storage boxes, and co-pilot seats, with multiple air-conditioning outlets and good cooling effect.
Working mode: There are two working modes: heavy load mode (P) and economic mode (E). The operator can switch with one button on the display screen in the cab, and independently choose to reduce fuel consumption or improve production efficiency.
